Needle Beetle II for Brother KX & Convertible machines
The Needle Beetle needle selector selects needles and pushes them in to "E" position so that you can then perform Tuck, Slip, Lace, Fairisle, weaving, etc. You hand select the first 8 needles (or 16 for the 4.5mm convertibles) in to the arrangement you want, then push the Needle Beetle across the needle bed and it will select the rest of the needles lickety spilt!
Yes, this is similar to the old KA-7668 but with one difference: the old KA-7668 selected the needles only to "D" position - you had to then push them manually to "E" position.
The Needle Beetle II will work on the following machines:
(7mm) KX-350/355.
OR
(4.5/9mm) Convertible machines KH-360,KX-390,KX-395 and KH-400.
You will need to select which machine you are ordering for, then your Needle Beetle will be set for that machine. If you order, for example, the Needle Beetle II for your KX-350, it will not work on your convertible machine - they have different "guts" and are different sizes. Please make sure you are ordering the correct Needle Beetle II for your machine.
